All-on-4
Four implants per arch
Two straight implants at the front and two angled at the back. Angling the back implants lets them use the bone that is there, which can reduce the need for bone grafting.

All-on-4 · All-on-6 · Full-arch implants
Replace a full arch of failing or missing teeth with fixed teeth on implants, planned from a 3D CT scan taken in our office.
Fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery are possible when the implants are stable enough. We tell you at the consultation whether that applies to you.
We call you back the same business day.
All-on-4 dental implants in Beaverton
All-on-4 dental implants in Beaverton start with a free consultation and a 3D CT scan. Your price comes in writing before you decide, and most full-arch cases are $18,000–$30,000 per arch.

Full-arch options
All three replace a full arch of teeth with a fixed bridge held by implants. The difference is how many implants hold it, and your 3D CT scan decides that.
Four implants per arch
Two straight implants at the front and two angled at the back. Angling the back implants lets them use the bone that is there, which can reduce the need for bone grafting.
Six implants per arch
Six implants share the biting load. It may be recommended when there is enough bone for six, when the bone is softer (more common in the upper jaw), or when the bite is heavy.
The number your jaw supports
A general name for the same full-arch approach, with the number of implants matched to your bone and bite, commonly four to six. It describes a plan built around your anatomy, not a different technique.
Whether fixed temporary teeth can be attached on the day of surgery depends on how stable the implants are when they are placed. Some cases need bone grafting or a healing period first. We explain which applies to you after reviewing your scan.

Free. No obligation. Plan on 60 to 90 minutes. Same-day consultations are often available.
Most people who ask us about full mouth dental implants in Beaverton arrive after years of patching things up one tooth at a time.
If two or more of those sound familiar, a single consultation with a 3D scan will usually tell you where you stand. For the full picture of how the procedure works, read our All-on-4 dental implants guide.

Three quick questions

$18,000–$30,000 per arch
Full-arch dental implants on four implants, fixed in place. Upper arches tend to cost slightly more because of bone density. Your written quote at the consultation is your price.
0% promotional financing for 12–24 months through CareCredit, subject to credit approval. Cherry, Sunbit and in-house payment plans are also available.
You came here to find out what it costs, so we publish it. Take our written plan to any second opinion you like. More detail: All-on-4 cost in Oregon.

Leads your All-on-4 care, from consultation to final teeth
Dr. Eldomiaty handles your consultation, the review of your 3D CT scan and your treatment plan, the implant surgery, and your follow-up while the implants heal. He coordinates your temporary and final teeth with our restorative team and the dental laboratory that makes them.
One building: your scan, your implant surgery, your new teeth and your implant check-ups are all handled at our Beaverton office.
Before
Implant positions are planned on your 3D CT scan, and a 3D-printed surgical guide is made for your case. Nothing about the day is improvised.
Arrival
Nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, or IV sedation with your vital signs monitored throughout. All-on-4 surgery is typically done under IV sedation.
2–3 hrs / arch
With All-on-4, two straight implants at the front and two angled at the back; the angled implants can avoid bone grafting in many cases. An All-on-6 or All-on-X plan uses more implants.
Same day, if stable
When the implants are stable enough at placement, a fixed temporary bridge is attached the same day — not a removable denture. If they aren’t, the implants heal first; we tell you at the consultation which is likely for you, not on the day.
3–6 months
Bone bonds to the implants, usually 3–4 months in the lower jaw and 4–6 months in the upper. You wear your temporary teeth during this time.
Final visit
Once integration is confirmed, the temporary is replaced with your final bridge, typically milled zirconia, made by the dental laboratory and fitted in coordination with our restorative team.

Three common ways to replace many teeth. Every mouth is different: your CT scan and exam decide which options fit, and we go through all three with you at the consultation.
| Question | All-on-4 full arch | Removable denture | Single implants |
|---|---|---|---|
| How the teeth are held | A fixed full-arch bridge on four implants | Rests on the gums, held by suction or adhesive | One implant per missing tooth, or implant-supported bridges |
| Do you take it out? | No — only your dental team removes it | Yes, for cleaning and usually at night | No |
| Usually considered when | Most or all teeth in an arch are failing or missing | You prefer a removable option or are not ready for implant surgery | A few teeth are missing and healthy teeth remain |
| Surgery day | Fixed temporary teeth the same day when the implants are stable enough | No implant surgery | Implants usually heal before the final crowns are placed |
| Bone grafting | Angled back implants often avoid it; your CT scan confirms | Not needed for the denture itself | Sometimes needed where the bone is thin |
| Daily care | Brush and clean under the bridge daily, plus maintenance visits | Take out and clean daily | Brush and floss like natural teeth |
| Cost at our office | $18,000–$30,000 per arch | Quoted at your consultation | Quoted at your consultation |
General information, not a diagnosis. More on dental implants and dentures.
With proper care the implants can last 20 years or more. The teeth attached to them are a wearing part: the prosthesis typically lasts 15 to 25 years before it needs refurbishing, and zirconia tends to outlast acrylic. Regular maintenance visits are what keep both going.
A free 3D CT scan of your jaw for dental implant planning, taken in our office, an exam, a review of your medical history, and a conversation about your options, timeline, recovery and cost. You leave with a written treatment plan and price. Plan on 60 to 90 minutes, and there is no obligation to schedule treatment.
All-on-4 holds a fixed full-arch bridge on four implants. All-on-X is a general name for the same approach with the number of implants matched to your jaw, commonly four to six, for example when the bone or the bite needs more support. It is not a different technique. Your 3D CT scan shows how many implants your jaw can support, and we explain the reasoning at the consultation.
All-on-6 holds a fixed full-arch bridge on six implants instead of four. More implants share the biting load, which can help when the bone is softer, as is more common in the upper jaw, or when the bite is heavy. It needs enough bone for six implants. Your scan shows whether four, six or another number suits you.
Often, if you are missing most of the teeth in an arch, have teeth that cannot be saved, or struggle with a loose denture. Bone volume, gum health, general health, medications and smoking all affect the plan. The exam and 3D CT scan at the free consultation answer this for your case.
Not always. Angled implants are designed to use the bone that is there, and many full-arch cases avoid grafting. If your scan shows too little bone in key areas, grafting or a sinus lift may be needed first, which can add a healing period. Any grafting is priced in your written plan before you start.
Sometimes. Same-day fixed temporary teeth are possible for many people with some bone loss. The back implants in All-on-4 are angled toward denser bone, which is how many of them avoid grafting. Whether fixed temporary teeth can be attached on the day of surgery depends on how stable the implants are when they are placed. If your bone isn’t ready for that, we tell you at the consultation and plan grafting or a staged approach instead.
The surgery is done under sedation, most often IV sedation, to keep you comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. Afterward expect soreness and swelling for a few days. You’ll go home with detailed written aftercare instructions, and we check in with you during healing.
Age itself is rarely the deciding factor. Bone volume, gum health, medications and general health matter far more, and the scan answers most of it in one visit.
That’s one of the most common reasons people come to us. Angled implants, bone grafting and sinus procedures make many of these cases treatable. A CT scan tells us which applies to you.
Both raise the risk of implant problems, and neither automatically rules you out. Uncontrolled diabetes needs a closer evaluation first. Some smokers go ahead with All-on-4 successfully, but we’ll talk through the real risks for your situation rather than promise a result.
Most dental plans cover a portion, up to your plan’s annual maximum, and almost never the whole case. We verify your benefits before treatment and file the claims for you.
When the implants are stable enough at placement, you leave with fixed temporary teeth the same day. If not, the implants heal first. Your permanent zirconia teeth are fitted once the implants have integrated, usually 3–4 months for a lower arch and 4–6 months for an upper.
If an implant develops infection or bone loss, our periodontist, Dr. Eldomiaty, treats it here, including laser treatment (the LAPIP protocol) for peri-implantitis. He also sees patients whose implants were placed at other offices.
