For people with many failing or missing teeth, or who are tired of loose dentures, a full-arch implant bridge replaces a whole upper or lower set of teeth with fixed teeth that stay in. Four to six implants support the arch; All-on-6 adds stability where the bone allows it.

We plan every case on a 3D CBCT scan, so the angle and depth of each implant are mapped before surgery. To support healing we may use platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), prepared from a small sample of your own blood. Implant surgery and the final teeth are both handled by our team in the same Beaverton office, and many patients leave on the day of surgery with a new set of teeth.

Being told you do not have enough bone for implants is often not the end of the conversation. After a tooth is lost, the jawbone around it gradually shrinks, and after years of dentures or an open gap the loss can be significant. Grafting rebuilds that bone so an implant has a stable foundation.

When a tooth is removed, we often recommend socket preservation: graft material placed in the empty socket, where it typically integrates over three to four months. If dental anxiety has kept you away from treatment, you are far from alone, and there is no judgment here. We offer several levels of sedation so treatment can be comfortable, including for patients with a strong gag reflex or difficulty sitting through longer procedures.

IV sedation is most often used for implant placement, wisdom teeth, bone grafting and complex extractions. It is conscious sedation rather than general anesthesia: you breathe on your own and can respond, but most patients remember little of the procedure. Heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels are monitored throughout. For shorter visits, oral sedation or nitrous oxide may be enough; nitrous wears off within minutes, so you can usually drive yourself home.
